Job Description:
You are a natural leader and change advocate who is looking to build a career to develop and grow the Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Aftermarket business through active collaboration with international customers and service centers. The Aftermarket Applications Engineer is responsible to provide technical and commercial proposals for custom engineered equipment culminating in Aftermarket product orders.
Develop methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient Aftermarket product proposals with a Customer-Focused mentality and ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved before order by utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed.
Collaborate with international sales centers, and technical and commercial experts to develop a solution that meets or exceeds customer requirements for process or equipment redesign, machine modernization, or repair.
Support business growth and modernization.
Qualification:
Have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
To excel in interpersonal relationships including transparent communication, the ability to work in a team, and a positive make-happen attitude.
To communicate and collaborate with internal team members and international locations.
To manage multiple key customers, projects, and daily tasks
Responsiveness to customer requests and concerns.
