Job Responsibilities :

Qualification:

Field Service Engineer – Specialty Rental

Job Responsibilities:

Follow & adhere strictly to rental process & procedures in day to day activities
Always promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Responsible for rental checkout, evaluation before & after rental, periodical quality checks, service, maintenance.
Carry out installation, commissioning/ decommissioning & troubleshooting at job site.
Implement outstanding ECB’s and maintain quality of hire fleet.
Perform electrical wiring, electrical repair & troubleshooting at hire fleet equipment
Report and conduct investigation in all instances of service failure / non-conformance and recommend action to be taken to prevent reoccurrence. With approval from the manager, initiate remedial action
Ensure high quality housekeeping is always maintained and adhere to a clean desk policy to ensure sensitive customer paperwork is not compromised.
In conjunction with your manager, conduct / arrange ‘operator’ training and briefing in operator checks, maintenance and operating procedures and techniques for rental customer employees, appropriate to the equipment item hired
Support the Manager in all aspects of business operations with ability to work independent.
Support to maintain rental fleet spare parts inventory, input & output data entry of spare parts movement.
Liaison with Team members and contribute to fleet priorities & operational KPI’s and ensure maximum availability of fleet and maintain unavailability within target level
Support to maintain all job-related document files
Respond to customer inquiries relating to rental services.
Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple Certification systems:
Health and Safety of all employees, Customers and Contractors as priority per OHSAS 18001
Reducing our impact upon the environment with ISO 14001
Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001

Qualification:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
With mechanical trouble shooting ability and basic electrical knowledge
Computer literacy and a self-starter with the ability to read & understand technical manuals and prepare technical/service reports in English.
You are good at communicating and open
Willing to work outdoors and overtime on ad-hoc basis when necessary.
Responsible, able to maintain good customer relationship and respond to emergency and ad-hoc job assignment.
Must be willing to travel to any worksite/branch for temporary job assignments mainly within Asia.

Sales & Marketing Intern, Compressor Technique – USA

Job Responsibilities:

Develop content for digital collateral (Linked-In, CRM campaigns, and case studies)
Provide graphic design support with outside vendors including video content creation and editing.
Work with outside agencies, P.R. firms, printers, and display houses to develop design concepts, cost estimates, and guide production for marketing materials needed.
Prepare lead-nurturing campaigns.
Update and maintain marketing & sales content through Data Hubs, company CRM and outreach lists.
Provide support to regional and national trade shows, conferences, trainings and sales meetings.
Train on company CRM (Customer Relationship Manager), update information on contacts and companies.
Rotation through various roles within the organization.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Understanding of marketing use of social and digital media sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Strong sense of business protocol and a professional demeanor.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
CRM experience a plus (if minimal will train).
Photography, design and/or videography skills a plus.
