Service Coordinator
Job Description:
- Promote positive image of the Atlas Copco, building good relations with internal/external customers handling their queries, complaints and requests
- Process customer POs and open work orders
- Handle RMAs and Warranty requests in accordance with the company policy
- Manage parts and inventory for service department
- Expert use of our business system to manage daily activities
- Schedule technician visits and coordinate projects with sales and customers
- Follow-up on customer back orders and work in progress report (WIP)
- Close work orders and complete billing process
- Prepare monthly reporting and sales forecasts
- Comply with the organization’s environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
- SAP business solutions or other ERP/CRM systems
- Inside Sales experience with a service related business
- Working with customers in a support or service industry
- Administrative and accounting experience
- Asset management and equipment calibration systems
- Post Secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience
