Service Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Promote positive image of the Atlas Copco, building good relations with internal/external customers handling their queries, complaints and requests
  • Process customer POs and open work orders
  • Handle RMAs and Warranty requests in accordance with the company policy
  • Manage parts and inventory for service department
  • Expert use of our business system to manage daily activities
  • Schedule technician visits and coordinate projects with sales and customers
  • Follow-up on customer back orders and work in progress report (WIP)
  • Close work orders and complete billing process
  • Prepare monthly reporting and sales forecasts
  • Comply with the organization’s environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
  • SAP business solutions or other ERP/CRM systems
  • Inside Sales experience with a service related business
  • Working with customers in a support or service industry
  • Administrative and accounting experience
  • Asset management and equipment calibration systems
  • Post Secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience
