Compensation and Benefits Analyst – Europe
We are looking for a motivated expert to join our team as Compensation and Benefits Operations Analyst! We are focused on supporting the Compensation and Benefits processes for the Global Bonus and Global Salary processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of pro-rata On Target Bonus (OTB) file with SAP data, and getting it validated from Global Business Units. Updating the global performance and bonus management tool based on Success Factors modules
Check if the forms our career portal are created correctly as per Bonus Plan Indicator (BPI)
Share previous semester bonus score card structure and scope with HRBPs for validation and chase for timely input
Collect and upload group and regional achievements and prepare bonus payout each semester.
Provide timely reporting and analysis support in the region as well as communication with region employees and consulting on bonus plans, objectives and KPIs and bonus calculations.
Prepare accurate payout file and get it validated as per defined governance
Validate the payroll cut-off dates and BSC goal plan criteria
Qualification:
Successfully completed studies (Graduate in Human Resources or Finance preferred)
Professional experience of up to 3 years. Experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage.
A strong analytical mind and a strong motivation for figure-driven and Information Systems tasks
Good understanding of systems and all major MS Office applications
Should be proficient in English, another language would be added advantage
High on integrity and confidentiality mindset
Superb communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix structure – across functional and international borders
Should possess a positive, open-minded, motivated and upbeat personality

Business Operations Specialist/Controlling with German (fully remote option)
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation and creation of contract data (project creation, invoicing, project completion, project maintenance) including corresponding plausibility checks
Creation of billing documents
Support in the creation and analysis of project calculations in the offer process (fixed-price projects; internal and external suppliers; financing models, international issues)
Contact person for internal audits and auditors in collaboration with the contract controller
Preparation of the data relevant to the contract and presentation of the commercial status of the handled projects with low complexity
Implementation of project management specifications in relation to selected business processes (such as order-to-cash; month-end-closing (MEC); project controlling). Preparation, consolidation, analysis of the monthly, quarterly, annual financial status report according to the reporting rules (including accruals, WIP status, order backlog, etc.), interpretation and discussion of results as part of discussions at department level
Participation in forecasting and budgeting activities at project level
Preparation and implementation of a clear project reporting for the supervised projects
Support in the project-related investment and purchasing process for external and internal cross-company suppliers in one area (assigned customers)
Qualification:
University degree (Bachelor) in accounting, finance or economics
Working experience in relevant field or in accounting, auditing or controlling is an advantage
Experience with system and software e.g. SAP, Excel, etc. is a plus
Proficiency in German and English
Strong Analytical Skills and high attention to detail
