1st Line Service Desk Support -UK
The Service Desk team work with Partner teams to deliver IT services for approximately 14000 users across multiple locations throughout the UK!
The First Line Support Analyst’s role is to provide a single point of contact for customers’ incidents and enquiries, following documented processes to ensure tickets are logged, prioritised and routed accurately. The 1LS Agent will also be expect to provide Incident Resolution to support the First Time Fix Service Level Agreement as per documented Knowledge Articles.

JUNIOR APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR – US
An Associate Application Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide end-users with fundamental functional training and technical support for the specific application or set of applications. They may coordinate, develop, train, and provide training design and development input. This role is the central point of communication for an assigned set of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of the IS organization. They assist with analysis, recommendations for corrective actions, and resolution of problems within the Epic software applications and provide support for regular maintenance of upgrades and system maintenance.
Provide effective application support by responding to help desk tickets and end-user requests (including being on-call support).
Create and execute test scripts for new system builds in a timely and effective manner.
Provide go-live support, upgrade support, and ongoing application support.
Implement system updates and changes and communicate those changes to super users, and end users, and continuously improves the impact of training.
Serve as a liaison between end-users, subject matter experts, and vendor implementation team.
Coordinate and assist in the development of training materials and schedules for all end-users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Patient Account Representative – US
We’re lloking for a Patient Account Representative to provide timely and accurate account resolution on business assigned to us by our clients. A Patient Account Rep reviews and resolves issues in order to collect payment from third-party on patient accounts which in turn will positively impact the client’s AR. Role holders experience and specific knowledge of hospital AR will help resolve accounts in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with appropriate party (insurance company, attorney, place of employment, insured, etc.) via payor portals, calls, faxing, etc. for prompt account resolution.
• Accurately document accounts with correct information received and take appropriate system action.
• Audit assigned work to assure accounts are addressed timely.
• Identify trends found during follow up process.
• Inform Team Supervisor of any payor or other issues effecting collections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in EPIC, preferably on PB side
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing.
• Professional phone étiquette a must.
• Must have strong time management and organization skills.
• At least two to four years of experience with hospital and provider/professional billing, AR collections and follow-up.
• Ability and ease in navigating payor portals, such as Availity, UHC, etc.

ASIC Verification Engineer – India
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Experience: 3-5 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s degree (ME/M.Tech)
Job Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge microarchitecture an ASIC unit by studying the specification and interacting with the logical design team.
Write and perform the test plan in close cooperation with the logical design team.
Develop coverage models and verification environments using UVM-SystemVerilog / C++. Write, maintain and publish the verification specification.
Monitor, analyze and debug simulation errors.
Monitor and analyze simulation coverage results to improve tests accordingly thereby achieving coverage targets on time.
