Developer Graduate program?
As a Developer, you’ll be the brains behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of existing and new systems. This is more than playing around with code; you will be playing a critical role in finding innovative solutions to complex problems, for our clients and customers daily.
You’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets and finance and make an impact right away. You’ll work in a varied and dynamic technical environment that includes Windows, Unix, C++, Java, C#, NoSql, MongoDB, Linux, Python, Hadoop, scripting languages, grid computing and real-time systems. You may:
• Design and innovate products using the newest technologies
• Provide an intelligence-led approach to cyber security
• Develop intuitive user interfaces for applications
• Optimize systems and applications

To be considered for this program, you must:

Quantitative Analytics
Our Quantitative Analytics team is a global organization of highly specialized modellers and developers responsible for researching, innovating, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting all quantitative models used for valuation and risk management across all asset classes. The ability to articulate your ideas will be crucial as you work closely with business partners to develop models and tools. Qualification:

Job description:
Finance Control
Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, and other accounting records in accordance with the relevant accounting standards, rules and regulations.
Support in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, and report on these financial risks to senior colleagues.
Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure that there is no fraudulent misreporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial data, including regular assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls addressing any weaknesses or gaps. .
Control Finance
Control Environment –
Ensure all assigned Controls Testing related requirements are complied in accordance to the Barclays Control Framework and SOX testing methodology. .
Support the AVP and VP in Yearly SOX Scoping and Half Yearly refresh.
Perform Process Design Assessments, Testing of Controls (Manual,), Change Control etc.
