Obtain project information from the field to prepare progress reports as often as required.
Preparation of summaries, reports, reports and progress presentations, both for internal and external use.
- Management of administrative processes.
- Office management intermediate level Excel, Word, PDF Outlook
- Receipt of internal Communication of the Project and Notification to Contractors
- Day-to-day communication with the T&L team informing and planning pending issues
- Keep control of the work plan and control for the project, in accordance with internal guidelines
- Experience in records and information control
