Digital Strategy & Transformation Graduate Programme
If you’ve graduated from university or will do soon, are you keen to unleash your potential as a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant?
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Strong academic background, as a final year undergraduate or master’s student or recent graduate in the past year (from 0 up to 1 year of experience).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team and with a wide range of client stakeholders.
Strong drive to excel professionally and appetite to take ownership of several complex initiatives.
Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
What is most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to thrive in picking up new skills and talents as you go, so natural curiosity, a lot of questions and the confidence to speak up when you see something that could be improved are essential.
Passion for digital transformation, with good appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data Analytics, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and/or English).
Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects.

Technology Engineering Graduate Programme

A final year undergraduate, master’s student or recent graduate (with 0 to 1 year of experience)
Degrees such as Computer science, Engineering, Maths, Science or Design or a technology/data-related area are typical, however, if you have a real passion for technology and can demonstrate an understanding of how it can be used, we will consider a non-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) degree.
A real interest in engineering and end-to-end design and delivery is beneficial, and you’ll know a thing or two about programming.
Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into workable solutions
Strong drive to excel professionally.
What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and eagerness to develop fast in an international working environment.
