Job Description:
As an Executive in our Transfer Pricing team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Your role will include:
• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of : Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines
• Assisting the clients in transfer pricing assessments & appeals, stay of demand proceeding, penalty proceedings including representation before the first level appellate authorities
• Assisting in preparing submission/appeals including paper book and filing the same with various appellate authorities such as DRP and CIT-Appeals
• Assisting in filing an application with the Advance Pricing Agreement authorities
