Job Description:

We are recruiting for an Analyst-FTS in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will include delivering and executing project(s) on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to:

Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders
Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams
Strong ability to effectively use databases/desktop research which includes corporate registries, company websites, regulatory websites, stock exchanges, litigation databases, news aggregators, professional and social networking sited amongst others
Well versed with translating and summarizing information in various language into concise and accurate English reports using Google translation tools or similar.
Sharp focus and eye for detail to identify potential risks and effectively articulate its mitigation. Escalate in a timely manner any risk that cannot be mitigated.
Engaging with stakeholders with respect to delivery, SLAs, escalating urgent requests.
Work closely with the program lead/peer group to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to onshore account teams
Able to run self-reviews on the deliverables and ensures SOP and checklist are always followed with zero defects

Qualification:

Qualifications: Graduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
0-1 years fresher or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
Strong delivery management skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Good communicator both verbal and written (face to face as well remotely)
Works well within a team environment
Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

Preferred:

Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values

Business Associate

Job Description:

•Manage standard bids in accordance with the KGS Pursuit Process, using related supporting tools and systems.
•Quickly understand the RFP/RFI objectives and determine what is required of the KGS pursuit team.
•Apply sound project management principles and techniques to the management of bids.
•Project manage all aspects and stages of the bid, from initiation and planning, kick-off, content development and response consolidation, color reviews, post-submission presentations, and win/loss analysis.
•Source information from relevant internal sources, core team, portals, etc. collating and analyzing information logically and producing high quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner.
•Work with the onshore teams to set-up the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI/RFP responses, marketing collateral, etc.
•Maintain the repository/Microsoft SharePoint and the tracker to ensure that all recent documents are added regularly.
•Ensure that presentations/proposals look professional and attractive to the end client and are developed within stated timelines.
•Relentless focus on customer centricity and excellent problem-solving skills with ability to innovate and simplify complex business problems.
•Identify process improvement opportunities and possible automation to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

•BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Associate 2 GTA

Job Responsibilities:

·Conduct external audit in accordance with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) Auditing Standards.
·Assist / Lead team in conducting Process understanding discussions with the Clients as part of assessing risks arising from their use of Technology and identify control gaps within their processes.
·Assist / Lead team and evaluating and documenting the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls (GITCs and ITACs) pertaining to Client’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
·Assist / Lead team in performing SOC 1 and SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) SSAE18 assessments in accordance with the attestation standards established by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
·Assisting Senior team members in reviewing Audit workpapers in line with the KPMG Audit Methodology.
·Communicates effectively with the KGS engagement lead and/or onshore stakeholders on progress through project deliverables.
This role is for you if you have the below

Qualification: BE / B-Tech; Post-Graduates (MBA / MCA / MTech)

Experience: The candidate must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

·Experience in evaluating and testing Process level manual and automated controls.
·Experience in testing General IT Controls across the following domains: Access to Programs and Data, Program Development & Changes and Computer Operations across various platforms (OS, Network, DB, Application).
·Knowledge / Experience of industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, HIPAA etc. preferred.
·Basic Knowledge of Business Process Cycles including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay etc.

Preferred:

·Flair to be abreast with emerging Technology / innovations like Cloud computing, Agile, Blockchain etc.
·Proficient with MS Office suite of applications [MS Word, MS Exec, MS PowerPoint].
