Associate Level 1 – MO – Trade Processing – India
Job Responsibilities:
¡ Working as a member of the Trade Processing team that includes trade capture, Matching & settlement of Securities, FX and Money market instruments.
¡ Process Global Security transactions on the Global trade processing platforms within given deadlines
¡ Interact with both internal and external stake holders to resolve trade confirmation and settlement queries
¡ Monitoring of transactions to confirm instructions from the client are processed in a timely and accurate manner thus ensuring timely settlement and accounting
¡ Ensure that all trades are matched within market/client deadlines
¡ Ensure client positions are correct and all transactions are processed
¡ Query resolution in accordance with time frames set out in Client SLA’s
¡ Work with the Custodians and brokers for timely matching and settlement.
¡ Reporting of exceptions in line with internal control and external client requirements.
¡ Resolve failed trade queries proactively.
¡ Escalating exceptions and failed transaction to appropriate stake holders for early resolution.
¡ Ensure all errors/break down of procedure are documented as per BNP Paribas policy
¡ Extensive communication with Internal & External parties.
¡ Investigating and resolving custodian exceptions for all 3 product classes.
Qualification:
¡ Associate Level 1: 1 – 4 years of experience with Investment Banking background
¡ Graduates / Post Graduates (B.Com/MBA)
¡ Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts

Employee Relations Analyst – Graduate – Canada
The Employee Relations Graduate will assist the Canada Head of Employee Relations with the following:
Drafting new workplace policies and updating existing policies;
Assist with HR regulatory compliance projects;
Participate in workplace investigations;
Revise termination, disciplinary and performance management documentation;
Assist with managing and tracking employee discipline and accommodations;
Maintaining an up to date employee relations tracker

Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:
Graduate IT Business Analysts understand and analyze business needs, with the aim of developing applications. They ensure that the solution meets the functional and technical requirements. They act as the contact person, and they bridge the gap between IT and the business.
Main activities:
You will contribute to preliminary studies in liaison with the business line.
You will formalize the need and ensure it is approved by the business line.
You will clarify, perform critical and constructive analysis of the business line’s needs.
You’ll define and obtain approval of the requirements set out to cover the needs
You will cooperate with developers to help them understand business needs.
You will support the business line in carrying out user tests.
You will contribute, in conjunction with the business line, to change management and roll out for the end customer.
You’ll help to identify business line impacts generated by the solution and with the development of action plans.
