Entry Level Quality Assurance / Software Tester – USA
Job Description:
Qualifications:
2 years of experience and an Associates Degree or
0 years of experience and a Bachelors degree
Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
Desired Qualifications:
Quality Assurance Experience:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer or similar role.
Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Test Automation:
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Technical Skills:

Electromagnetic Effects Engineer (Entry-level or Associate) – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Assists in developing and documenting requirements for various communication, sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and components.
Performs analysis to predict component performance to established requirements. Conducts tests to validate performance of designs to requirements.
Collects data on supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements. Provides support to products throughout their lifecycle.
Supports project management by gathering project status data. Gathers information to support development of sections of proposals to support development of new business.
Provides limited direction and conducts limited oversight of entry level and developing engineers.
Works with limited supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in a laboratory test environment
Experience in commercial or military airplane maintenance and/or modification

Supplier Quality Specialist – Netherlands; Virtual
Job Responsibilities:
Management of a portfolio of suppliers including:
Supplier oversight and surveillance.
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) review and acceptance.
Supplier development and mentoring.
Earlier Quality Involvement (EQI) and Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) implementation.
Continuous improvement internal and external.
Creating and presenting metrics and performance data.
Product inspection and acceptance into the Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree within Electrical/Avionic or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
Drivers license full and clean
Must have experience as a Quality Inspector or in the use of associated inspection equipment and processes A solid understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
Very strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Business English, second language would be an advantage

Contract Management Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level)
Job Responsibilities:
Propose, negotiate and definitize proposals, provide contracts support to execute contracts
Participate with the DCMA/Boeing internal functions to ensure disposition of canceling funds
Support contracts in work to ensure contract compliance with contractual obligations (deliveries and cost recons) have been completed

Associate Software Engineer – C++ – India
Job Responsibilities:
Develop High Level and Low Level Software requirements
Estimate test software development effort.
Develop test cases and test procedure for High Level and Low Level Software requirements
Establish traceability from SW Requirement, Code and Test.
Perform peer review on test cases, test procedure.
Support project management by providing periodic status and required metrics data.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
Expertise in C, C++ and OOPS concept
Good Experience in communication protocols (e.g. A429 etc.)
Good experience in design and architecting applications .
Strong knowledge on Software development & verification process using DO178 C

Associate Java Full Stack Developer – India
Job Responsibilities:
As a Software Developer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to refine and validate requirements.
Analyze user needs and develop technical specifications.
Use programming languages and development frameworks relevant to the project.
Ensure that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
Develop algorithms, data and process models, plan interfaces and write interface control documents for use in construction of solutions.
Manage software configuration items, installation and cutover of the computing products within a given scope.
Monitor and maintain the performance of applications, making updates and improvements as needed.
Qualification:
Should have strong experience in object-oriented programming, Java 8/J2EE applications and advanced concepts of the same.

Strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge in UI frameworks – HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc
