ENTRY-LEVEL SYSTEM ENGINEER – BRAZIL
Job Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor in Systems Engineering activities to develop Aircraft Systems for several different programs.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Qualifications:
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia – CREA)
- Good verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally
- Coding knowledge (at least one coding programming language, as C, C++, Python, Java, Labview, etc.).
Preferred:
Knowledge in Model-based design (modeling and simulation using Matlab/Simulink)

Job Responsibilities:
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development.
- Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define performance requirements.
- Works under guidance of the team lead.

FABRICATION SPECIALIST – COMPOSITE ASSEMBLY (ENTRY-LEVEL OR ASSOCIATE) – USA
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs composite assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Assembles precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
- Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products.
- Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests.
- Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
- Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
- Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ months of experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights and weekends
- Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools).
- Experience with managing or working to safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with reading and interpreting Blue Print/or 3D drawings.

Entry-Level (Level A):
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED).
Associate (Level B):
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
