Job Description:
As a Research Associate (On Contract) within BCG’s Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will ensure delivery of error-free and insightful research projects.
You will gain expertise in leveraging wide range of research resources, information portals and approaches in delivering research outputs that are meaningful for your requestors.
You will display your ability to synthesize data and draw insights in the context of the ‘research ask’, accurately.
Ensuring consistent high-quality research outputs

Qualification:

Junior Recruiter (Contract) – India
Job Responsibilities:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in helping the team with day to day activities, manage the interviewing scheduling, as well as provide administrative support for the function.
Assist in recruiting operations specifically in interview scheduling & hiring manager/candidate coordination.
Support recruiters with requisition management on internal application tracking system

Job Description:
Undergraduate degree in a field linked to business analytics, statistics or geo-statistics, economics, operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field is required; advanced degree is preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Geo Analytics with advanced degree preferred
Relevant degree in geospatial related field such as: Geography, Remote Sensing, Urban Planning, Statistics/Geo Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science

Job Description:
As a data analyst of the BCGX Delivery A&A team, you will work closely with the consulting teams on a diverse range of advanced analytics topics.
You will have the opportunity to leverage analytical methodologies to deliver value to the stakeholders by providing analytical and technical subject matter expertise and accelerated execution support.

US Tax Analyst – USA
Job Description:
As a US Tax Analyst at BCG, you will be primarily responsible for internal U.S. income tax accounting (ASC 740) and tax return compliance.
This role involves a blend of operational duties and project-based work in both domestic and international tax areas.
You will work closely with our tax reporting and analysis team, global accounting colleagues, and external advisors, contributing to our dynamic and flexible organizational structure.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
1-3 years of relevant tax accounting or tax compliance experience with increasing responsibilities.
CPA and/or MST preferred.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is advantageous.
Familiarity with tax return preparation software (e.g., CorpTax), tax research software (e.g., BNA), HFM, and SAP is beneficial.

Research Analyst – USA
As a Research Analyst within BCG’s Data & Researcher Services team, you will provide secondary research in support of proposals, client cases, and business or IP development initiatives, with specialization in one or more related topics. \
You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of requests throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities:
This role is global in nature, applies to all BCG functions / Offices, and looks to provide management with an independent and objective assessment of business risk and internal controls.

Qualification:
An academic degree in a relevant discipline: accounting / auditing, compliance, risk management. Advanced degrees (or progress towards) are preferred.
Preferred certifications include CIMA, ACCA, IAA or similar
Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in auditing / compliance / risk function within the tech, banking, professional services, or the consulting industry
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, project management, and teaming skills.
Demonstrate adaptability and a continuous learning mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing risk landscape
