Junior Data Quality Analyst – Europe
In this role, you will use monitoring and incident analysis tools to track data quality issues and analyze patterns. Collaborating closely with technical and business teams, you will document incidents, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolutions.
Leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will drive improvements in data processes and help establish proactive measures to maintain data reliability across the organization.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in using monitoring and incident analysis tools.
Expertise in root cause analysis techniques and the ability to identify patterns and causes of problems as well as address systemic issues.
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana.
Knowledge of data ecosystems and concepts of lineage between tables.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate corrective actions between technical and business teams. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Desktop Analyst 2 – US
On site Service Level desktop incident resolution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Imaging and staging hardware.
Wiping devices that are returned from the field for return to inventory.
Install and configure software requested by client (MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, VPN software, etc.).
Ticket management – time manage all service level tickets that are assigned to individuals. Update and close tickets.
Requires ability to remote into PC’s to download software and troubleshoot.
Lift, carry and transport computer equipment.
Qualification:
Proven 3-5 years of PC desktop/laptop field deployment work with large scale operations
3 + years hands on experience with SCCM, TCP/IP protocols, Active Directory, and Exchange
3 + years hands on experience with Win 7, Win 10 and MAC OS
Experience with Ticket monitoring systems (Service Now)’
Hands on with large scale windows migration activities
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Strong customer service skills (face to face)
