Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Apprenticeship (Digital Marketing Level 3)

Job Description:
Designing and building branded and visual communication items, including Social Media content, print and digital collateral, videos etc.
Posting and scheduling content on digital and social media careers channels, including our external careers site, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor.
Supporting with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms.
Engaging and motivating employee brand advocates and ambassadors through tailored internal campaigns and external events such as Women at Capgemini and Insight Events.

As well as working for one of the largest IT companies in the UK, you’ll also receive training and development in things like Dot Native, Google Squared, HTML 5 and other digital software and methodologies.

This apprenticeship is recognized for entry on to the Register of IT Technicians and those completing their apprenticeships are eligible to apply for registration. Completion of the apprenticeship would also allow access to join as an Affiliate (Professional) member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and/or Associate membership of BCS.

An understanding of a range of Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
Hands on experience of working with Photoshop / In-Design / other graphic design software, either professionally, as part of your education, or as a hobby
The ability to create engaging written content, ideally with a Tech bias
Any knowledge of talent attraction and engagement channels ideally gained working in IT / Technology would be nice, but it’s definitely not essential
