Sales Application Engineer-Southeast, PTNA – United States

Job Responsibilities:

Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities that derive from the web lead generator.

Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers and distributors, as needed.

Respond to inquiries of Stock Balance, Pricing and Availability of both parts and capital equipment.

Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits, B9s, Tax credits, and Technical issues.

Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell product at point of delivery.

Provide parts proposals to customers upon arrival or based on fleet.

Assist regional management as a liaison between customers and sales representatives and assisting Sales and management with routine and special requests and projects.

Participate in Employee Development programs including product and application training, business and personal development. Goal is to build into an outside sales role for the Atlas Copco organization.

Service Engineer

Job Description:

Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.

To provide installation and commissioning to customers when leakage detector equipment is delivered.

To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.

Provide maintenance and repair service for customers

Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for leakage detector equipment.

To contact with customers to identify general problems and provide necessary suggestions.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Goods and Service Tax report for customer centers.

Assist in preparation of transfer pricing documentation for customer centers.

Preparation of tax information for income tax return preparation for customer centers.

Preparation of income tax estimation for customer centers.

Assist in compliance interim audit, final audit done by external auditors for customer centers.

Liaise with tax authority and tax agent in desk audit, field audit, any form of audit conducted by relevant authorities, if any, for customer centers.

Advise on withholding tax implication for payment to non-resident entities.

Preparation of deferred tax computation for customer centers.

Preparation of provisional income tax payable for customer centers.

Job Requirements:

Graduate with Bachelor Degree Accounting / Finance or related background, candidate who completed studies with member(s) of IFAC preferred

Min 2-3 years of experience in tax and audit functions

Engineer – Process Management -SAP & ECM

As a Single Point of contact for Divisional SAP activities, you will:

Provide ERP support to Engineering and Projects Team

Work on E-BOM, Production BOM and Routing creation
