Tech Enablement Specialist – USA
Job Description:
Support frontline sellers and sales leadership, as well as act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, solving issues and analyzing common themes to avoid recurring issues, while ensuring proper tools integration and operational efficiency
Examine current tools, processes and programs used by the 250-300 sellers, to identify areas of improvement, estimate impact and partner with key stakeholders to define optimal process solutions
Troubleshoot tool-specific issues with existing infrastructure, while sourcing and scoping the improvements needed
Global interaction and collaboration with tool support teams, as well as frontline sellers, sales leadership, sales enablement, as well as other global cross-functional teams, in which you will surface learnings and best practices
Project manage process and tool optimization, execute required timelines, and translate into technical needs
Assist with development of proper tools specific training materials and sales enablement needs for tools, processes, and programs as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with and/or troubleshooting Salesforce, Outreach, Calendly, and/or Gong
Minimum 6 months of experience reading logic
Minimum of 1 year of experience with auditing sales tool connectivity, validation, and processes
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with business operations, technical troubleshooting, and project management
Experience setting up timelines, driving alignment, and working across multiple stakeholders
Ability to write logic and translate business requirements to technical needs
Experience working with rigorous deadlines, while balancing multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications

Job Responsibilities:
As part of this engagement the vendor will be responsible for performing tasks throughout various stages of this project. The following is a list of these tasks
Design Phase
Create a working mock based on requirements shared by BI program lead
Develop pipelines and data infrastructure required to support project output
Present written status at weekly meeting
Build/Implementation/Testing Phase
Vendor will complete all coding for approved design
Implement reporting dashboards to manage operational performance
Vendor will provide BI program lead with a detailed testing validation plan
Vendor will conduct testing in dev environment and share findings/issues
Vendor will resolve any coding and reporting platform issues identified in testing
Vendor will prepare the code to be pushed in prod and submit CL for approval
Present written status at weekly meeting
Maintenance Phase
Maintain internal reporting platforms including, development, documentation and administration based on requirements shared by BI program lead
Vendor will complete all coding for approved changes needed for maintenance
Vendor will prepare the code to be pushed in prod and submit CL for approval
Vendor will provide BI program lead with a detailed testing plan
Description of Additional Adhoc Services

Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious) The Content Moderation team focuses on reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of our Client’s terms of services. They review content that may be sensitive in nature.
