We at Larsen & Toubro are looking for an ambitious HR Operations Supervisor to oversee Onboarding, BGV, processes of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees across departments. The HR professional will serve as the SPOC of the company’s human resources team.

Qualification
B.COM, BBA, MBA
Required Experience : 1 – 3 Years
Human resources
Employee Engagement
Should have good exposure to HR Operations.
Hands-on experience in Background Verification, Onboarding, Pre-Employment Medical Check and Offer release are preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office is must
Hands-on experience in PeopleStrong and Successfactor are added advantage
Must be a Team player
Ensure Speed and Accuracy
Candidate having experience in HR Shared Services will be preferred.
