Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates the employee’s travel calendar, including making reservations for travel and accommodations as needed, to ensure employee’s schedule runs efficiently
Effectively works with administrative assistants in scheduling and coordination of travel
Provides high-level professional support with travel arrangements to employees
Manage end-to-end travel plans efficiently and cost-effectively, including airlines, trains, transport, and hotels
Coordinate best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence
Communicate with the person traveling regularly to keep them updated on logistics
Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
Handle visa applications and formalities promptly

Associate Analyst- India

The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements.

Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.

Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA.

This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming (logical reasoning, analytical skills),systems configuration and testing related to systems that support human resource functions.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree computer science, math or equivalent work experience in an analytical area.

B. Tech (any specialization), BCA, MCA is preferred.
