Engineering Associate – Canada
As an Engineer, you will collaborate and build relationships with colleagues and clients who represent diverse work, culture and resolution styles. We look for people who want to grow, support, think and produce. You’ve got big plans. We can help you pursue them.
Starting your career, you will work in one of our many production facilities located in communities across the Canada. There, you will lead production or maintenance employees, project teams, contractors or technical operations teams executing on critical initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, production environment. Although business processes vary, the design of the Engineer role is to provide appropriate exposure to the people management and technical aspects of engineering.

Qualifications:

Willing and able to relocate

Strong communication skills – written and oral

Previous plant, production, co-op, or intern experience

Compliance Analyst – India
Job Description:
•Support and respond to Compliance Work Intake requests and ensure appropriate, authorized materials are provided for external (regulatory audits and assessments) and internal requests
•Analyze and triage incoming compliance requests
•Work with Enterprise Risk and corporate function teams to collect information to demonstrate compliance with regulations and policy for third parties
•Help maintain the work intake and deliverables inventory lists
•Effectively communicate with all levels of Cargill personnel, senior leadership and medium to large audience
•Participate in regulatory audits (process and IT) and management reporting
•Initiate and manage the IT or Business control testing efforts, attestations and assessments e.g. to support PCI, Privacy, Cybersecurity or other compliance areas
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience of Compliance activities in a global work environment

Process Specialist – India
The Record to Report Process Specialist II will review and perform record to report activities, process journal entries and intercompany transactions, handle fixed assets accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities. In this role, you will lead process improvements, train the team on process changes and continuous improvement and assist in audit activity.
Job Description:
Update and maintain standard operation procedures on a timely basis.
Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more
