Job Requirements:

Engage with Product Manager, SME’s and design team to understand and gather business requirements.

Analysis & Specification: Translate business needs and designs into clear, comprehensive, and actionable feature functions and process requirements.

User Story Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, designers, and development teams, to write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories. These stories should encapsulate user needs, desired outcomes, and the context behind each requirement. Experience with Jira required.

Acceptance Criteria: Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring that the conditions are objective, measurable, and aligned with business needs.

Validation: Continuously review user stories with the development team, ensuring that they have all the information they need to move forward and addressing any queries or clarifications.

Testing: Coordinate and assist in user and acceptance testing; ensuring the quality and functionality of developed solutions align with requirements.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams. Experience with Confluence.

Collaboration: Regularly participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives and ensure that the development team’s efforts are always aligned with business needs.

Responsible for learning all the systems and Work Instructions necessary to perform the assigned work.
