Job Description:
As a Graduate in CIM, you will be taken on in our journey to improve customer contact, with this you will be responsible for advising, consulting and building Contact Center solutions for our customers.
Configuration and setup of different functionalities in leading Contact Center solutions
Integration of Contact Center solutions with other customer’s applications (i.e. CRM, SAP)
Customization of functionalities in Contact Center Solutions
Develop and execute test scripts
Work on Automatic Call Distribution, Interactive Voice Response, Automatic Speech Recognition, and Text-to-speech features within cutting edge Contact Center solutions
Develop custom scripts for systems so the Contact Center users can leverage the best experience for their clients
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer or Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business & IT or other related specialisms
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch and English)
Candidates must have the ability to work and travel in the Netherlands and Europe without restriction.
