Finance Data Analyst – Apprenticeship
We are looking for a Finance Data Analyst who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area.
As a Finance Data Analyst some of your main activities will be:
Support in the development of new advanced visualization dash boards and KPI reports for the FI organization utilizing Power BI, Excel, Mendix;
Generate meaningful insights from data that assist in decision making, in the management of the business and in strategy execution;
Act as the key point of contact for all BI related tools in Finance. Maintain the applications up to date and ensure good master data governance;
Ensure that business partners / stakeholders receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data for sound decision making;
Help to identify and highlight issues affecting business performance or opportunities for improvement;
Support the implementation of process improvements and new business applications across the Business;
Strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work;
Ongoing review/clean-up of tools, dashboards and master date (Governance);
Qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
A degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Accounting is desirable
Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI
Previous experience or passion in data analytics
SAP R/3 (SPIRIDON) knowledge is a plus
Result and quality orientation with a high attention to detail
Strong analytics skills
Proficiency in English and Italian
Strong organisation, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Eligibility to work in Italy

Job Description:
· Support evaluation of ML approaches for customer use-cases.
· Perform exploratory data analysis and validate data quality.

Job Description:
Support in identifying key risks in Siemens’s digital environments – on premise as well as in the cloud – that form the backbone of our company, major IT transformation projects, new digital products and business models.
Assist in the preparation, planning and execution of the defined audit program steps to ensure that all risks and controls are identified
Engage in improving and promoting digital use cases that increase coverage and the overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
Participate in meetings with auditees and key stakeholders to present the team’s conclusions and recommended improvements.

Qualification:
