Regional Business Process Specialist (RBPS) – Supply Chain
Job Description:
Act as an intermediary between the business and IT to facilitate the communication;
Partner with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions;
Work with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the IT systems;
Participate in local and global business initiatives, including project definition and documentation;
Elicit, analyze and document non-functional and functional business requirements across the five aspects (process, information, event, socio-political, and location), as appropriate for the initiative;
Conduct requirements management activities as necessary;
Assist in solution assessment and validation to ensure that all specification meet the identified business needs;
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
Knowledge of business analysis planning and monitoring approach;
Experienced in working with multiple ERP systems, preferably at the same time;
Excellent customer approach, ability to drive consensus for meeting business objectives and solving problems;
Effective communicator with requirement elicitation skills, able to uncover needs of business partners and end users;
Capable of prioritizing and organizing all requirements;
Working knowledge of IT solution assessment and validation.
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
