Job Description:
Reporting :
Consolidates and distributes repetitive sales reports.
Creates ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
Revises templates, consolidates data from others, and provides forecasting input under limited supervision.
System Administration :
Runs complicated tasks and documents ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal) under limited supervision.
Periodically evaluates user-entered data on systems to ensure completeness and identifies improvements.
Data Analyses (External & Internal) :
Analyzes external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, Rig Dig) to identify sales opportunities and forwards them to the sales team.
Reviews findings from research on assigned opportunities and shares with relevant teams.
Compiles and qualifies competitive data and communicates it to the sales force as relevant.

Power Electronics R&T Engineer – US
Assist power electronics and motor design and testing working with control engineers and technicians at our Columbus, IN R&T facility.
Help lead and execute the planning, set up, testing, troubleshooting, validating, and documenting reports for various power converters in hybrid and/or electrified powertrain, battery energy storage, and wireless charging applications.
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful planning and on-time delivery of testing, reporting, and hand offs.
Help validate simulation and control models using hardware experiments and test data.
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualification:
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
Post-graduate (Master’s) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.

Experience:

Product Engineer – India
Job Responsibilities:
Investigate product problems, understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate actions, own problem resolution, and document results with guidance from more experienced team members.
Work within business processes of Product Preceding Technology (PPT), Value Package Introduction (VPI), or Current Product Support (CPS) and execute technical processes such as Engineering Standard Work (ESW), iDFMEA, and Failure Incident Review Group (FIRG).
Use tools such as 7-step problem solving, design review checklist, and other specialized tools to support processes and enable high-quality decision-making.
Obtain input from stakeholders such as technical managers, project leaders, other product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners to deliver information and recommendations that lead to quality product decisions.
Apply academic knowledge and existing experience to take action and make decisions that progress projects forward without sacrificing project quality expectations.
