Service Engineering And Data Analytics
Service Engineering:
Uses prescribed and innovative methods and works with limited guidance.
Collaborates with the Customer and End user for field investigation and data gathering.
Develops and validates technical work instructions and technical document publication
* Data Analytics: *
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyse Big Data.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure flow of relevant data into the department and create impactful presentations to summarise key findings.
Complete ad hoc data analysis requests submitted via the departmental ticket system
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Technical Documentation – basic knowledge in Technical Documentation of engine operation and repair.
Structured problem-solving process – able to understand and apply structured problem-solving processes to resolve issues.
Experience with MS Excel including Pivot Tables (essential)
Experience with Power BI (desired)
