Join us as a Graduate Apprentice on our Accounting team in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
As a Graduate Apprentice, you will part of a team performing transformational projects and performing data analysis on key invoicing areas. You will collaborate with various team working on multiple Finance domains.
Preparation & posting journal entries
Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
Support team with month end, Quarter end and Year end close process
Reconciliation of Sub ledger to General ledger
Daily allocation working, Manual Portal billing, IDG Tracker maintenance
Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments
Create Voucher for Daily Payment Processing for Partners
Managing invoice upload activity to ensure invoices are loaded to ERP systems
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) – 2021/ 2022/ 2023 pass-outs only
No prior work experience or apprentice experience (prior internship experience can be considered)
Basic accounting knowledge
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good communication and Analytical skill
Flexible with Shifts
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments etc.
Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities

Resource Coordinator – Europe
Job Description:
Ensures new projects are defined and structured properly in project tracking systems.
Engages clients to confirm scope and schedule expectations, communicates as needed during and after project work to ensure a positive client experience.
Identifies and assigns appropriate delivery resources based on scope of work, skill levels, availability, development objectives, and business conditions.
Re-structures existing commitments to meet priority objectives – negotiating with clients on schedule as needed.
Supports seller requests for availability and status information.
Supports or owns maintenance of skills tracking and scheduling business rules.
Supports delivery resources and teams in maintenance of project, assignment, and deliverable status.
Work with Delivery Managers to maintain internal documentation, escalations, and procedures.
Assist Delivery Managers in ensuring all project revenue is recognized at month end, project anticipated revenue for upcoming months.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong analytical capabilities and have a desire to learn new things
Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities, resourceful and well-organized
Unquestioned integrity and personal ethics; willingness to provide feedback in challenging situations
Desirable:
4+ years in a consulting/service environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
