Services Sales Representative – Egypt
As a Services Sales Representative, you will deliver technical solutions to the Professional Services Sales team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.
Understand the Dell Technologies portfolio and explain how complex multi-faceted solutions will benefit the overall business of the customer
Provide expert guidance and direction to the core Sales team by utilizing strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutions
Grow services content rate in infrastructure technology solutions and Drive and grow workforce experience services in the assigned territory
Achieve or exceed targets by selling solutions and developing strong relationships with our internal business partners as well as partner echo system
Execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly
Job Requirements
An in-depth understanding of IT technology products and services
Good analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Experience in salesforce and quoting systems
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and solid customer relationship skills. The

Next Gen Sales Academy (NGSA) – Associate Inside Sales Representative – Switzerland
OurNext Gen Sales Programwas created to build the next generation of Dell Technologies field sellers and sales leaders. Through an industry-leading training and enablement program, we are focused on developing ambitious talent along an accelerated career path. You will be given the opportunity to learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge through a structured 2 year learning environment.
Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers and create demand in unpenetrated areas of large Tier 1 accounts.
Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives.
Daily tasks will include contact acquisition, meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified.
Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and help to drive the expansion of Dell Technologies’ footprint and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback.

2025 Campus Global Supply Management – China
As a Global Supply Management, you will be responsible for global supply planning for Storage and Networking. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals. Engages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Develops and maintains working relationships with global internal/external supply chain partners.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability at product launch; Work directly with suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components and works closely with regional buyers to regulate supplier mix of total available market (TAM).
Coordinates global supply with regional procurement and balances available supply globally against regional requirements.
Performs long-range capacity report for their commodity.
Coordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Operations Review process and manages component transitions globally to minimize excess and obsolete inventory (E&O).
Works with functional managers to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement and works with regional demand team to validate the global demand and recommend demand shipping if required.
Qualification:
Graduate between 2024.6 and 2025.7
Experience with Excel VBA/Python and Power BI skills

Business Intelligence Analyst for Fresh Graduates 2025 – Slovakia
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be helping to drive the performance of Dell Service Partner (DSP) Operations within the Field Services (FS) in the EMEA Market Region. Business analyst activities include analyzing FS metrics data, generating FS reports, identifying gaps in procedures & processes and driving improvements in collaboration with FS partner management & project team.
Perform regular analysis of partner operations KPI data, with a primary focus on Repeat dispatch rates (RDR) metric;
Generate and refine reports using FS data;
Provide and present internal updates on KPI performance;
Identify and drive improvements in FS procedures and processes based on the data analysis;
Collaborate with EMEA FS Partner managers & Project managers
Job Requirements
Graduated from University in 2025, preferably in IT related field
Structured and analytical thinking, organized work approach, good time management,
