Job Description:
As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with new clients.
Achieve targets by selling Dell’s solutions via outbound calling, consultation and other influential selling techniques
Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers
Work closely with numerous stakeholders internally and externally.
Work persistently to gain new accounts and identify opportunities in account territory
Essential Requirements:
Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services
Ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs
Results-oriented team player
Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a sales position
Desirable Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
