US Delivery Center, Solution Analyst (Business Technology)
Job Description:
As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation and application knowledge. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.
Knowledge Areas- Business Technology
Drive technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teams
Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and/or current process/system capabilities to conduct key stakeholder training on new system configurations and end user training
Develop solutions to client problems through application of various Enterprise resource planning (ERP) methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts
Define, build, and implement enhancements to processes and structure utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail
Develop and maintain customized integrated solutions to connect systems, databases, and applications to support the draft of technical design documentation
Leverage data and database knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
Engineering/STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
Must live in a commutable distance to the following locations: Helena, Montana
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

US Delivery Center, Solution Analyst (Data Analytics)
As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance.

Data Engineering:
Construct data pipeline, workflows and schedules to extract, transform, integrate, CI/CD and analyze data from disparate database management systems on various Cloud and On-Premises platforms
Cloud Analytics:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including Cloud data platform, Data Lake, DevOps, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging various cloud-based platforms
Data Visualization:
Design, implement and maintain Visualization and business intelligence solutions to present large amounts of data in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations
Data Management:
Understand the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data using database/data management tools while adhering to data standards/security, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with respective team to advise the client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information
Data Science:
Perform exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing to arrive at patterns to define analytical models
Work across the end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing predictive models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes
Build, test, validate and demonstrate analytical models through various relevant error metrics and calibration techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study

US Delivery Center, Solution Analyst (Software Developer)

Software Development:
Play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software
Code entirely new custom software applications, or use ‘off the shelf’ software. Support implementation and leading practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
Design user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms via full stack development
Cloud Technology & Networking:
Develop templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment
Participate in the installation and configuration of ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, Workday, Informatica, and build environments on Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, VMWare, and Azure
Provide support for networking, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers), and develop/deploy/maintain Cloud solutions in agile environments
Testing:

Develop automation frameworks and scripts to provide efficiencies and effective smoke/regression testing

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities where Generative AI and Machine Learning can be leveraged to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve decision-making capabilities.
Engage in the brainstorming, ideation, and development of Generative AI systems and workflows, ensuring they are scalable, flexible, and efficient in processing large volumes of data. Continuously evaluate and iterate on these workflows to augment system performance and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science from a Tier I institution with relevant work experience between 0 to 4 years.

Analyst – CMG – Technology CoE – ETL – Data Reporting
Job Required:
Strong ETL (like Alteryx), SQL, data wrangling & data warehousing skills
Strong computing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience working on enterprise-scale data warehouse
