Engineer I – Construction (AWP) – Indonesia

Job Description:

Developing Work Packages with all the details required for its execution (engineering deliverables, materials, resources, constraints, safety procedures and quality control measures.
Ensure that data required to build work packages is available and accurate, in liaison with other department such as Engineering / Material Management.
Ensure proper execution of AWP procedures and practices on the project.
Analysing the project design documents to determine the scope and requirements of the work.
Prepare weekly reports that monitor the packages drawings IFC dates and material delivery status.
Maintain a sufficient backlog of approved CWPs and/or IWPs.
Work with Document Control to establish EWP / CWP / IWPs document ties.
Monitor and update the life Cycle of the CWP and/or IWPs.
Maintain the Change Management process in the packaging program.
Review work packages (CWPs and /or IWPs) prior to release for construction.
Attend the scoping sessions with stakeholders prior the preparation of the IWPs.

Qualification:

Engineering Degree, with 3 years’ minimum in Engineering or Construction. AWP or planning experience minimum 1 year.

Deployment Hub Logistics Coordinator – United Kingdom

Job Description:

Co-ordinate initial mobilization for new start (staff & Adhoc) in line with company induction process.
Maintain accurate rotation management system (ATS) with any changes.
Update and maintain all required company systems, i.e. Power BI portals, RDB etc.
Liaise with customer logistics for mobilization requirements.
Update Petrofac Go with relevant company communications.
Engage with offshore employees and client supervision regarding any enquiries.
Recruitment of ad-hoc personnel in line with the BMS Adhoc Resourcing Process.
Raise requisitions for offshore staff vacancies.
Liaise with employees on short term absence and arrange RTW medical as appropriate.
Meeting medevacs and escorting to company medical provider(s) as required.
Support Team Leader with client weekly calls.
Provide weekly report to designated Team Leader on operational activity.
Monthly reporting for functional support.
Tool Hire & Purchase as required by the contract.
Update Organizational charts.
Collate appraisals, record as necessary.
Participate in offshore visits.
Participate in Operations On call Team.
Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives.

Qualification:

Good secondary/tertiary education.
Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Good time management.
Ability to organize workload in order to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues.
Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel and Client effectively.

Operations experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Senior Designer Electrical – India

Job Description:

Carries out 3-D modeling of Instruments, Junction Boxes, Cable Trays, Trenches in PDMS, software’s,
Responsible for generation of Instrumentation design deliverables like Instrument location Layouts, Instruments Tray & Trench Layouts by extraction from 3-D model or manually prepare the layouts in AutoCAD / MicroStation.
Responsible for preparation of cable engineering i.e. preparation of cable schedule, cable route index, junction box schedule.
Responsible for Inter-discipline coordination with Piping, Civil, Electrical & Telecom
Responsible for generation of Hook-up drawings using SPI software.
Responsible for generation of Termination & Instrument Loop Drawings using SPI (Intools) software.

Qualification:

Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer – United Kingdom

Qualification:

· Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training course and OGUK medical

· Relevant years’ experience in the offshore industry as an E&I Engineer or related role.

· Qualified in Electrical or Instrument Engineering to HNC level with relevant vocational experience or hold degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering

· Knowledge and understanding of appropriate standards.

· Knowledge of emergency response systems and philosophies

· Knowledge of fire and gas systems

· Knowledge of IEC legislation and BS.

· Understanding of safety related ESD/F&G systems

· Understanding of electrically certified equipment in hazardous areas

· Understanding Written Scheme of Verification assurance activities

· PC proficient in ‘Word’, ‘Excel’ and ‘Microsoft Project’

· Permit to work system awareness.

· STOP/START and/or Synergi awareness.

· Experience of fully automated machinery and electronically controlled systems

· Experienced in operation of jack up vessels and associated power management and F&G systems.

Job Requirement:

Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. A requirement to undertake additional services shall be mutually agreed by way of contract amendment:

· Act as project focal point with supervised authority within the limits of the project parameters

· Accountable for competently performing assigned project tasks without supervision

· Work as a project team member or a member of the project personnel
