Onboarding/Delivery Support, Consultant
The Asset Onboarding/Delivery Support person will collaborate with Delivery Leads, Asset teams and Third-Party vendor support teams to onboard new customer onto the asset(s)
Provide guidance and issue resolution support to the customers while coordinating with Delivery Leads and Asset Teams
Provides support for Data Intake (e.g., guide on any incorrect data receipt or incorrect data formats or any data intake related errors)
Guide and facilitate product upgrades
Experience with Customer Success related activities
Ability to troubleshoot issues and help triage issues when necessary
Ability to coordination across various teams to drive standard solutions to customer issues
