Service-desk Assistant – Deloitte Ireland
Job Description:
Provide assistance and support to the existing team.
Manage hardware deliveries and asset tagging
Deploy new hardware, software and peripheral equipment
Assist with the scheduling and delivery of the hardware refresh program
Own Onboarding / Offboarding process and operation, liaise with HR and Facilities team
Provide administrative assistance to the wider Management Team
Respond to operational requests from the Regions
Prepare and deliver Graduates / Interns / CoOps hardware and peripherals
Qualification:
Qualification in Computer Science, Business Computing relevant to this role.
Experience in IT customer service or service delivery would be beneficial.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
