Job Description:
Throughout the course of the internship, you will rotate through various groups within Audit Innovation and Client Service Delivery and receive mentorship and support to help your success on a business-focused engagement. Beyond exposure to “real world” projects, the internship also delivers a variety of learning and networking events. In addition, throughout the internship you will participate in ongoing learning events such a lunch and learns, industry/service line spotlights, and regularly scheduled training offerings designed to help you develop technical and client service skills. By participating in this internship, you should expect to understand first-hand what a career with Deloitte is like and have the opportunity to build upon your professional network.
As an Audit Innovation Fellow, you are expected to adapt to change, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively. Interns are expected to demonstrate leadership qualities and potential.
Required
Sophomore standing in a four-year institution pursing a Bachelor’s degree in a business, accounting, technology or related field
Strong academic credentials (expected minimum GPA of a 3.0 at the end of the academic year)
Preferred
Involvement and leadership roles within extracurricular activities
