HR Operation Analyst
Job Description:

1. Ensures that incoming inquiries are answered in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Ensures that all necessary documents and approvals have been received.
3. Processes HR events including onboarding, leaves, transfer and departures.
4. Produces and files employee-related documentation; maintaining electronic employee files and records.
5. Performs authorized changes in relevant systems.
6. Communicates and follows-up on timelines.
7. Escalates unresolved or unclear queries to appropriate channels as necessary.
8. Uses own knowledge and skills to support other members of the team to a high standard.
9. Identifies opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
The key skills required are as follows:
1. Outstanding client service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills.
2. 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience or HR administration preferably in a professional services firm.
3. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.
4. Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
5. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic, while adapting to a changing environment and conditions.
7. Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
8. Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Computer literacy essential with intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills.
11. Experience using an HRIS (PeopleSoft) preferred.
12. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
13. Personal integrity when handling confidential information essential.
14. Flexibility to altered hours of work to accommodate supporting people across time zones.
15. MBA / HR Diploma an asset
Required:
· Any Bachelors Degree
· Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
· Intermediate excel skills
· Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable
