Skills Required:

CATIA – Interior Plastic Design

• Experience in designing automotive interior plastic components such as trims, panels, consoles, and assemblies
• Strong knowledge of plastic part design guidelines (draft angles, ribs, bosses, wall thickness)
• Expertise in CATIA V5 surfacing and solid modeling
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like injection molding
• Experience working with OEM standards, tolerance stack‑ups, and GD&T

Creo – Powertrain Design

• Hands-on experience in powertrain component design using Creo
• Knowledge of engine, transmission, gearbox, and related subsystem design
• Ability to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings
• Familiarity with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and material selection
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with analysis and manufacturing

CATIA – Hydraulics Routing Engineer

• Experience in hydraulic pipe, tube, and hose routing using CATIA
• Knowledge of bend radius, clearances, clamp placement, and routing standards
• Ability to create and modify hydraulic schematics and 3D routings
• Experience in packaging, interference checks, and design validation
• Understanding of hydraulic system requirements and leakage prevention

Wheel Loader Design

• Experience in designing heavy equipment or construction machinery, specifically wheel loaders
• Knowledge of structures, frames, linkages, buckets, and operator cabins
• Understanding of load paths, durability, and safety requirements
• Experience working with CATIA/Creo for large assemblies
• Exposure to global standards and product lifecycle development
