Business Technology Analyst
Job Description:
• Wrangling data from multiple sources including customer databases and internal data sets to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
• Participating in the design and execution of qualitative or quantitative analyses to help clients with relevant insights
• Partnering with the technology teams to deliver a robust reporting platform
• Working with business owners to identify information needs and develop reports/dashboards
• Developing and maintaining reporting and analytical tools, including dashboards
• Working with several large, complex SQL databases
• Performing unit and system level testing on applications
Key skills desired
• 1 to 2 years with Business Intelligence platforms or Data Analytics tools
• Experience with data integration/workflow tool (ETL) – Microsoft SSIS
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
• Good to have knowledge on any analytics tool (QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau)
• Good to have knowledge on any general-purpose programing language such as C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, Postman, REST API, MS Excel is a plus.
• Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects effectively
