Analyst – FinOps Strategic Project – Global finance services – Analyst
Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial processes with deep analytical experience
Ability to analyze client needs and provide input into solutions to meet those needs
Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, navigate complex problems, and build relationships with GFS leadership and clients
Proven business acumen, including ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, ability to work across cultures, and success in meeting organizational goals
Ability to build relationships and networks throughout GFS and its clients
Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with Access & Project are desired.
Knowledge of SAP desired
Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail
Self-directed working style, demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks according to tight deadlines
Project management and continual process improvement experience preferred
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Align to GFS FinOps process verticals (RTR, CTC, PTP, MDM)
Develop, record, and report SLEs and KPIs
Participate in strategic projects with the process teams through research, data analysis, report generation, and project management
Perform analysis of operations to identify process improvement opportunities
