Job Responsibilities:
Preparation & validation of Data required for reporting ( risk, liquidity, entity-level P&L, BS) and uploading the same to reporting tool where required
Perform variance analysis of report generated and investigate unexpected movements
Preparing & submitting quarterly/yearly forms within the Head Office governed deadline
Month end close, preparation of standard postings, booking of accruals, manual adjustments, suspense account clearance etc.
Preparation of reconciliations at product/feed level
Product level P&L to entity
Documentation of changes in KOPs and other data management processes
Investigation of data and reporting issues & preparation of routine and adhoc adjustments
Ensuring consistent delivery & service levels are maintained

Job Description:
Support the end-to-end Procurement lifecycle of individual supplier(s) and/or contract(s), including: raising purchase requisitions, reviewing consumption data, assisting in dispute management process, validating and approving invoices, and reporting on related costs
Maintain and update purchase orders and invoice tracking spreadsheets
Act as primary contact for a book of accounts ensuring that inquiries and escalations are addressed in a timely manner
Deliver year-over-year net cost reductions and cost avoidance through consumption management process (invoice validations)
Support upcoming projects and on-demand tasks, including departmental savings initiatives, audits or data requests
Assist in on-boarding new services/contracts following the commercial transition process
Qualification:
Degree from an accredited college or university (equivalent Diploma or work experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including expertise in pivot tables and lookups. Excellent knowledge of MS Office standard applications including SharePoint, database knowledge, and ability to monitor, track and clearly communicate progress, escalating issues when appropriate

Job Description:
As the Financial Supply Chain (FSC) Banking Support Service Officer, you will be a Senior level team player who accurately and consistently performs FSC activities for an assigned product portfolio within the Deutsche Bank Global Supply Chain Organization. As the ideal candidate, you will consistently provide excellent customer service to current clients and partner with the FSC Sales and Implementation teams to meet or exceed financial goals by facilitating the on-boarding of new clients. Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
Good understanding of corporate cash management products as well as domestic and international payment methods and instruments. Experience in Cash Management or similar environment (e.g. treasury). Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization
