Payments Processing Analyst, NCT

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description:

This is German customer request processing role. Hence minimum proficiency of B2 and above is required in German language to be considered for this role.

Process the customer requests adhering to the documented procedures and cut-off times and with 100% accuracy.

Assist the team in the day to day operations and coordinate with customers/internal stake holders for any query clarification and cascade the same to other team members transperantly.

Collate data regarding processing issues and communicate the same to the line managers.

Carry out EOD functions strictly as per checklists and DTPs and maintain the relevant records for audit trail.

Maintain a record of all the relevant changes in procedural aspects and update the same in the

KOPs in discussion and agreement with line managers.

Ensure training of new recruits and share the knowledge at all times.

Create resiliency and make process non person dependent.

Escalate issues to supervisors and managers as per the escalation procedure.

Qualifications

German Language capabilities with minimum B2.1 and above.

Trade Finance Officer – Part of Transaction Fulfilment team in Trade Finance Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Integrity Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 

Processing of Internal and External Payments in Avaloq, follow up with Middle Office /Operations on status and/or rejection details post that coordinate with the RCs for any updates on payment
Send out the 3rd party payment related documents for approvals to central team.

Ensure the payments processed with minimum rejection rates.

Monitor the Robotic Processing by performing Daily Recon and Records Updates, Escalate to

Prepare regular management reports by extracting relevant information from transactional data

Qualification:

University graduate or candidate with 4-5 (Assoc); 1-2 years (Analyst) working experience within Wealth Management

Experience in risk / compliance / control functions in Private Banking/ Wealth Management would be added advantage

Self-initiative and to be able to manage and deliver with time bound activities
