Receive and enter new orders in FLOW (in-house system).
Maintenance Information Accuracy: ensure all information is up to date and system (Flow) is updated to fully reflect reality to display reliable shipments tracking for the customers.
Customers Invoicing within specified timeframe
Handle full set of Shipping documents: cross checking import documents and ensure they are matching and upload them in the system for customers’ visibility.
May be required to undertake additional duties as the needs of the business dictate.

Job Responsibilities:
