Job Description:

To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.

Qualification:

Bachelor´s degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)

Good knowledge in MS office

Application Support Analyst – India 

Job Description:

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Analyze error messages and system logs to identify root causes.
Document solutions and procedures for future reference.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles.
Provide E2E technical support.
Participate in system upgrades and installations.
Monitor application performance and identify potential problems.
Handle Problems/Changes.
Take care of application/technical patching.
On-Call support as needed.
Work in shifts if required by the application/business.
E2E ownership of tasks, continuous improvements.

Skills Required:

Operating Systems: Understanding of common operating systems Linux & Windows

Networking: Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Troubleshooting: Techniques for identifying and resolving technical problems.

Databases: Familiarity with SQL and database management concepts.

Middleware: Knowledge of Tomcat/Apache
