Job Description:
Assist marketing department and manage all secretarial and administrative tasks.
Provide translation/interpretation services and other related tasks.
Prepare presentation materials, prepare minutes of the meetings and coordinate internal external customer visits.
Review contracts with vendors, working with Procurement about Final contract or Liquidation contract, making Vendor codes or following up and reminding Finance to do payments to vendors, …
To keep tracking all Marketing merchandises, and ensure to deliver the gift to Sales & customers on time.
To support MyDHL+ transition; STP & GPI 2018 project (check ratecard, send EDM to customer, random check GPI letter mail merging)
Prepare and consolidate reports as per requirement.
Compile and manage customer and sales database.
Manage file/supplier documents, supplier support documents and presentation.
Coordinate marketing activities.
Carry out other tasks provided by manager.
YOUR PROFILE
1-2 year of experience in Marketing, at similar role
University Degree or equivalent further education qualification
