Assist marketing department and manage all secretarial and administrative tasks.

To support MyDHL+ transition; STP & GPI 2018 project (check ratecard, send EDM to customer, random check GPI letter mail merging)
Prepare and consolidate reports as per requirement.
Compile and manage customer and sales database.
Manage file/supplier documents, supplier support documents and presentation.
Coordinate marketing activities.
Carry out other tasks provided by manager.
1-2 year of experience in Marketing, at similar role
University Degree or equivalent further education qualification
