Quality & Claims Coordinator – UAE
To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality parts and service by inspecting and auditing with process improvement in inbound / outbound shipments.
To conduct quality control inspection for all inbound / outbound shipments to reduce customer claims.
To administer part verification ensuring each part is of acceptable quality.
To conduct various audits i.e. 5S, internal process and put away audits ensuring compliance to quality regulations and standards.
Prepare non – conformance reports to record findings of inspections, audits or one off instances, ensuring accurate process compliance.
Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure the process has been rectified within the commitment date.
Qualifications:
Fair understanding of a quality management system.
Fair communication and decision-making skills.
Graduate /undergraduate or vocational level education (any discipline)
Expected Years of Experience (minimum):
Up to 2 Years experience as quality control/ assurance in logistics or manufacturing firm.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist – US
Manage planning and coordination of QA/RA licenses, permits, certifications and registrations activities.
Respond to requests for regulatory licensing support.
Manage application tracking and associated support to ensure licensing applications are processed in accordance with jurisdictional and quality requirements.
Communicate policies, requirements and procedures in support of the business
Function as the primary licensing contact for customers, DHL Supply Chain management and state and federal agencies
Provide support for the licensing and certifications programs
Qualification:
Associate degree or above OR equivalent in a related field of study
At least three years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
Direct experience and a background in QA, RA or Legal
Experience with obtaining licenses, permits, etc.
