Job Description:
Develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardize processes, tools and performance management system.
Directly lead or support process owners, for improvement actions on key processes and activities in the Engineering functions, watching over delivery of measurable results.
Monitor KPI values in the function BSC for problem identification and continuous improvement.
Support Quality Assurance Leader / Manager for deployment of reporting architecture for Quality Suite tools including NCR, RCA, CoPQ / CoQ, Lessons Learned etc.
Drive the process for change management, continuous improvement with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Supply Chain, Project, C&C, Fleet support, etc.).
Ensure milestone process for New Product Introductions is effectively deployed.
Qualification:
This role requires basic experience in the Quality & Business Process Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Professional experience in quality management.
Skilled in using tools and methods such as FMEA/Six Sigma/RCA.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
Work experience in industrial and/or engineering company.
Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic mindset.

Junior Engineer – Thermal Systems Design – Poland
Job Description:
Perform 2D/3D thermal analysis of high-pressure turbine and combustor components to support new engine designs and legacy products
Participate in development of component cooling design for assigned project
Collaborate with design team members and experts to meet project goals and requirements
Exchanges technical information, promote open dialogue and asks questions to solve problems
Prepare and present technical data on internal and external reviews
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Project Controller – Hungary, Europe
Job Responsibilities
Manage the controllership and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules. Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition. Organize the project reviews from start to the end of each contract. Ensure consistency with project teams. Analyze the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters. Collaborates with others to solve issues. Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.

Job Responsibilities
Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Support technical response and assistance in a timely manner to the customers in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of product lines
Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and GE Field Service Engineers (FSE) to resolve field issues
