The Eaton Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three-year program that involves three unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.
Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program (Engineering and Business)
We are looking for a candidate to start the 1st assignment in our Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) Business, based in the United Kingdom, Sutton. You will be working across the Commercial team to provide project support for the Global Strategic Account Management teams product line management. Your key functions in the 1s assignment role will include:
Collating and entering Data into a centralized Database, collation & analysis of market & competitor data and identification of product and geographical gaps for Eaton within key accounts.
Developing standard reporting tools and dashboards to streamline internal processes.
Develop the utilization of C360 with the sale operations leads
In addition, we will be looking for the successful candidate to take on a number of special projects, looking at specific processes within the department, and propose improvements.
The program is planned to start beginning of September 2023.
Potential Commercial Assignment include: digital cannel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales etc.
Potential Operations Assignments include: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics etc.
Qualifications:
Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business and or Engineering (economics, business administration, marketing, data science or engineering major in electrical, environmental, mechanical, industrial, industrial & systems, computer, chemical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering; or other STEM background) with a graduation date no later than August 2023
Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience)
Skills:
Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company
Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community
Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program
Fluent in English and any other further language is a plus
