Master Data Management Specialist I – USA
Job Description:
1. Data Enrichment
Research company locations, evaluate industry code information from company websites, industry websites, and BU and Impact Partner sources to determine accurate industry codes for each site and a master industry code that best represents the Automation Solutions’ overall business with that customer.
Review sets of company and contact records identified as potential merges, research anomalies, correct data and perform merges.
Perform address standardization using Address Doctor data. Monitor Postal Standard of assigned countries.
Review company records (including Impact Partner and Interco records) and ensure that primary address and operational addresses are grouped correctly.
Research and correct company address and sales information that failed the imports process to facilitate manual loading of data in the Global Data Management System.
Create and update company, industry, and custom groupings based on company hierarchies and relationship.
Perform targeted clean-up through data enrichment processes & forms.
Ensure accuracy of company hierarchy and group composition of assigned key and marquee accounts.
2. Reports Creation and Inquiries
Process GDM user login and termination requests received via the support mailbox by creating new account and updating level of access.
Handle requests related to sales information modifications in CRM.
Process requests related to CRM account merges, account splits and assigning of primary records.
Handle requests related to changing of company’s industry codes and account types via the support mailbox.
3. Testing
Perform thorough system testing for enhancements and new releases of the CDM system. Provide detailed test results to the leads and/or the POCs.
4. Continuous Improvement
Provide recommendations to enhance (not limited to) forms/workbenches in the CDM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or any business-related fields
0–1-year related work experience
Job Requirements:
Strong interest in manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
High attention to detail and can quickly spot inaccuracies in the data.
Interpersonal savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
Resourceful and be able to find efficient ways to overcome challenges.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Exposure to TOAD, Oracle Applications, PL/SQL, and/or Oracle forms is a plus.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query and other reporting tools is an advantage.

Associate Field Engineer – United States

Based in our Headquarters Office in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, you will be part of a global team that performs a variety of complex engineering functions related to installation, service, and maintenance of our software/services for the power, renewables, water & wastewater treatment markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with your team to analyze and tackle engineering problems associated with field installation and operation of life sustaining, industrial control systems.
Assist in carrying out more sophisticated engineering assignments under the direction of a more senior field engineer.
Provide hands-on training to our customers on-site or in a factory acceptance test (FAT).
Develop and maintain good customer relations from the small rural power producers to billion-dollar critical infrastructure suppliers in metropolitan areas.
Participate in the writing, review, and revision of field/operational manuals based on your hands-on work with these systems
Participate in team assignments sought at problem resolution, project/product familiarization and product testing and evaluation

Qualification:

This position requires up to 80% travel, typically one week in duration with heavy travel more likely during the power systems outage season in the spring and fall.
